Engagements for services or licenses are governed by separate written agreements (e.g., proposals, SOWs, MSAs, order forms). Website content does not create a contract, price commitment, or warranty.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. The courts of Qatar shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to the Site, subject to any mandatory venue rules that apply to specific contracts executed separately.
